• Responsible for setup, maintenance, and upgrading of 10-20 departmental Solaris servers, over 150 SunRay thin clients, over 100 Ultra class Sun desktops, and numerous other network devices
• Assisted student employees with more difficult Microsoft Windows issues
• Shared technical support duties for around 1800 PC and Unix users with other staff
• Maintained Solaris JumpStart installation tree with several custom Solaris packages
